Landscape Supervisor
Job Overview:
Lead and oversee landscape maintenance and construction projects while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations and coordinate work schedules.
- Lead site teams and ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor workmanship and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
- Prepare site reports and project updates.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Landscaping, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant site supervision experience.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred).
Landscape Technician
Job Overview:
Support the installation and maintenance of landscapes by carrying out horticultural, turf, and general landscaping works across various project sites.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out planting, pruning, turf maintenance, and landscape upkeep.
- Assist in landscape installation and construction works.
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely.
- Perform routine inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at project sites.
Requirements:
- Experience in landscape maintenance or construction is an advantage.
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors.
- Responsible, hardworking, and a team player.
- Willing to learn and develop new skills.
