Our team was responsible for the landscape construction and establishment of the landscape areas within the C1 and C2 precincts, delivering softscape works across ground-level communal spaces, green areas, rain gardens, elevated landscapes and roof gardens.
Through close collaboration between our landscape architects, project managers, project coordinators, site supervisors and experienced landscape workers, we carried out the landscape works in accordance with the project specifications, consultant requirements, safety standards and construction programme.
Landscape Construction & Planting Works
Our scope covered the complete implementation of softscape and landscape planting works across the precinct, from initial preparation through installation, establishment and handover.

Plant Establishment & Maintenance
Following installation, our team carried out landscape maintenance and establishment works such as regular watering, fertilisation, mulching, weed control, pruning and general plant care, together with monitoring of plant health and replacement or rectification where required.
The maintenance period was an important part of the landscape delivery process, allowing the vegetation to establish progressively and ensuring that the completed landscape met the required quality and presentation standards prior to handover.
Results
The completed landscape provides residents with a network of green communal spaces extending from ground-level gardens to elevated and roof garden environments.
